HOW TO ORDER
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For fastest service, include “Wholesale Order” in the subject.
$150 minimum for opening orders, $75 minimum for reorders. Unless otherwise specified, greeting card MOQ is 6 per style.
Orders require 7-10 business days for processing, and ship within 5 business days of completion. Rush orders can be accepted for a fee.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is rejected.
Freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Specific carriers can be requested for an additional fee. Rush orders can be accepted for a fee.
Should a backorder be needed, we will update you via email and offer the opportunity to split the order, or cancel the backordered item. Backordered items ship as soon as available.
ADJUSTMENTS, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS
Adjustments or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order submission. The Crafter Way reserves the right to cancel any order if excessive adjustments are required. Returns for refunds are available only if items are deemed defective. We are not responsible for damages during shipment.
Resale of The Crafter Way products on online marketplaces is not permitted.
